Physical Planning Department - Dominica

March 7 – I visited the Physical Planning department in Dominica. The GIS techs were importing land parcels to show ownership and compile a database in digital form. To do this, they have to get the information from the records department and piece the data together in the GIS realm using ArcGIS software.
